I got mine the other day; it is great. It takes a little getting used to, but you shouldn't have any trouble if you know your way around computer hardware. I use Stamps.com and it integrates beautifully with this service. It was a bit difficult to get it working with ACT! 6.0 2004. You need to change some settings and make sure you type all the characters correctly (including required spaces). Once this is done you will have an icon and you can use ACT! print out immediately.
