Who knew an inflated ball could be more effective?

I have used a variety of psoas and hip flexor release devices and for some reason this was the most effective. I was skeptical about the air ball and can't explain why it's more effective than hard ones, but it is. Just the right amount to give him, but it feels very strong. I started using it for back points while sitting in an office chair and it really helps a lot. There is significant pain relief, and if you've never had deep tissue therapy or trigger point release therapy, you'll be pleasantly surprised to see how other parts of the body benefit from hip flexor relief.
