As a professional photographer and photo retoucher, I use this tape a lot. On all of my presentation photos, I draw a small line on the outside edge of the canvas behind the photoshop shot. (1/4 inch from the very edge of the canvas). Lower the opacity of the line to around 30%. I use this "FINE LINE" as a guide for applying tape to attach the print to the 3/16" foam board. This will not be visible after the print is framed! I then apply 3 coats of KRILON CLEAR COAT (AVAILABLE AT HARDWARE FLASH PRICE OR AT AMAZON) to the entire print. This ensures a secure fit to the frame and the photo will never "yellow" with age. I use 1" by 8 meter tape. By 1/ 4" onto the front of the print and then wrapping it around the edge of the 3/16" foam sheet and onto the back of the foam I get a nice solid finish on the print. Again the glued border is in the final framing "NOT SEEN". I hope this helps. This is a really great tape, I wouldn't want to be without it! Thanks Gunner Boone.
