I run about 3-4 times a week with this product. It is very convenient to hold about 3 things. For me, that's my iPhone XR, an inhaler, and a key. If I try to put on more, it not only becomes too tight but also too heavy to walk on. The water bottle is great. Easy to pull without losing momentum. The strap is adjustable and fits well. I have to adjust it before every run and maybe after 4 miles. Not so comfortable to wear on the back because it moves more, but I like to hold it in front of me for easy access. There's no room for headphones, but that's ok as I just leave the zipper open a bit. Great color - much lighter than pictured.
