I didn't buy this to work out - I bought this because I have a hard time holding things in my hands. This bracelet is perfect. It's very comfortable and I wear it all day. I don't have to worry about a case or pouch for my phone and I call it my full Apple Watch :-) The rubber strap that holds the phone on the axle is very secure. I swing my arms a lot and my phone hasn't fallen out yet. By the way, the hinge is a bit stiff, so it takes a little effort to turn the phone. I agree as it stays where I put it even if the arm swings. Two things I noticed: 1) The strap slacked a bit, so I had to tighten it to keep it in my perfect spot for my wrist (gravity is at work. If the strap is slack, this will rotate phone under your wrist) and 2) the strap is slow to dry when wet - that's why I gave it 4 stars for training.
