I don't know if I should rate this in relation to more expensive frames or overall as a cheap frame. I think if you're looking for frames in this price range the more expensive frames won't suit you, but you still want something that works and looks good (enough). So you just want a cheap frame? If so, then that definitely fits! Keep in mind that this is about as cheap as a cheap picture frame can get. Technically, however, it does the job it was designed to do. Keep in mind that it's a little tricky to assemble everything you put in it. In fact, I felt like I was going to break it as I bent an edge to get the cardboard backing to snap into place. CHECK THE CONTAINMENT WHEN INSTALLING YOUR PRODUCT! This is because you really need to bend one side of the frame a little to attach the back/picture/clear plastic cover and it's a little tricky. But once everything you create is in it, it looks pretty decent. decent enough. ;) As I said, technically it works. Also, the cardboard backing is quite thin and the clear plastic film covering your photo is VERY thin, so if the frame size is less than 8.5 x 11 it may slip. In general everything is fine. In view of this I award 3 stars. I consider it average. But it's certainly not as good as the more expensive offerings.
