Carbon leak - replacement water filter
I change the carbon filters every 3 months. This charcoal filter seemed to work for the first 5-6 weeks and then the charcoal started to leak. I have never experienced this with any other activated carbon filter. ------- Updated 12/22/2020 -- ----- Updating my review as the customer service team contacted me and replaced the carbon filters. I'll try the new ones in about 2 months next time I change the filter and update again if I have another bug and try to remember if I don't.
