great product via replacement water filter

Out with the old, in with the new in less than 2 minutes, perfect fit. Great product and the best of two for the price of one. I will order for a year!

Indispensable to protect the water pipe from limescale.

The filter does its job well. It filters most of the sediment and odors out of the water. The water smells good. Of course, this is not a drinking water filter, but a necessary thing to maintain the purity of the water and protect the water supply from limescale.

Carbon leaks on kitchen and bathroom plumbing

I change the carbon filters every 3 months. This charcoal filter seemed normal for the first 5-6 weeks and then the charcoal started to leak. I have never had that with any other activated carbon filter. ------- Updated 12/22/2020 -- ----- I am updating my review as the customer service team contacted me and replaced the carbon filters. I'll try the new ones in about 2 months next time I change the filter and update again if I have another bug and try to remember if I don't.
