This is the best thing in the world! I sit at my computer and take breaks to just massage my scalp and it feels so good! It can support hair growth by stimulating the scalp. Holds up well as I'm not too aggressive. It really helps my mental and physical well-being. Just a good tool for relaxation. The other part that comes with it is the scalp massage brush with shampoo but it's so rough and difficult for me as long as my hair is damp and shampooed. I don't use it BUT I have found it useful for removing my self tan from my body when it gets to that flaky/flaky stage! So that was a bit handy.
