I ordered this monitor as a standalone monitor attached to my laptop when I need a much larger screen. I really like this monitor. Colors are bright and vibrant, and I can easily adjust the position of the display. The kit includes a monitor, base and stand, power cord and two different cables that can be used to connect to a PC. Setting up the monitor is easy. All you have to do is insert the stand into the base, tighten a screw and then snap the monitor into the bracket at the top of the stand. I like the simplicity of this setup. If desired, the monitor can also be mounted on the wall. To use the monitor, all you have to do is plug in the power cord, choose the data cable you want, and connect it to your computer. Two included data cables: HDMI to HDMI and USB A Male USB B Male. There are many different types of connectors built into the monitor that can be used to connect to different devices and gaming systems. Available monitor position adjustments include height, side-to-side tilt, front-to-back tilt, and swivel. All this allows you to position the monitor exactly where I want. Each adjustment is made by grabbing and moving the monitor; No screws or other fasteners need to be used for positioning. The 4K display is superb. The colors are bright and saturated. There is no flickering or other display problems. I like that you can see the screen clearly from all angles. There are two built-in speakers that sound pretty good. Their sound is not voluminous, but still subtle.
