HP 24Uh 24" Backlit Monitor 1920x1080p, 60Hz, LCD with HD Resolution - K5A38AA#ABA Review

I bought an HP 24uh to replace an old 19" LCD monitor that was about 15 years old. It was packaged well and was easy to unbox and install. It's lightweight and there's an option to adjust the angle of the screen, which is a good thing. I've considered spending a little more for a display that allows the height to be adjusted up and down with a pedestal, but the adjustments I can make with the tilt are fine so far. If I need to adjust it on all risers they are cheap. .Mine is connected via HDMI.

I've had other HP monitors and while this is on the low end for quality and features, it makes a great second monitor. I'm using it alongside an old HP w2408h which is also a 24 inch monitor but has a different aspect ratio so all I had to do was tweak the display settings in Windows 10 so the size doesn't change drastically when I'm looking at something from a screen to one move to the other. Very good. I have a few of these on my desk and they work really well. Not the sharpest image quality, but ok for office use.

Unite is pretty basic when you look at it up close or zoom in on photos. Things can wear out a bit. but the price is right and you get what you paid for. My wife loves it because it doesn't take up much space on her desk, but when she's happy, I'm happy.

Great monitor for a smart mirror. The case is easy to remove. The monitor is inexpensive. The picture quality is solid. I wouldn't even use them as a regular monitor because of the price.

I bought this monitor because I needed a DVI connection. The problem I have is that the power cord plugs in under the monitor. It doesn't provide a secure, snug fit, so it's easy to lose it, causing the monitor to turn off. I'm only keeping it because I don't want to deal with returns. HP needs to fix this error.

Many thanks to the seller who put the monitor in another large box for shipping. The monitor came in perfect condition, the outer packaging is not very good. Good business.

Very good monitor - clear picture. My only issue is that there were no instructions on how to get the aspect ratio from the PC to display correctly on the screen. I was basically just poking around until it somehow worked.

This is a really high quality monitor and with all the competition that's important as it was one of the cheapest! It is used by a professional designer, seller and writer who loves it very much. The color is amazing and easy to see even from some angles.

There was a very old monitor that was starting to misbehave. Bought it based on the reviews and am very happy with it. It's easy to connect and the screen is nice and bright compared to my old monitor. I really like everything about it!

Great picture for the price. If you want deeper colors, buy an IPS monitor. This item provides excellent color rendering for the price.

Large! Did what he had to do. Excellent quality, excellent picture, very easy setup. would recommend. Also, it seems VERY big, about the size I want the monitor to be. I have it a little higher than my bed and sometimes I watch TV on it while lying down. It does have a slight viewing angle problem if you look too low, but I think that's a problem with all LCD monitors.
