Have been to Dell a few times. Trying to be TRANSPARENT in anything is a waste of time. I installed this RAM in a 2 month old Dell XPS 8930 as an upgrade. Dell charged OVER $700 for the RAM upgrade. TimeTek was priced at $179.99 including tax free shipping/major members. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to find out. That's about 65% savings. The installation took no more than 5 minutes. If you are a normal computer person, you can install the RAM yourself. If you're "shy" about doing it yourself, be sure to ask someone else to do it for you. TimeTek is the best tech company I've dealt with in a long time. I will stay with them for many years to come because of their openness and willingness to help you as a customer.
