After purchasing the KVM extension, it arrived quickly, ahead of the expected delivery (considering this busy holiday season). Pwaytek Technical Support patiently helped me solve a unique problem and guided me to a solution. They gave me clear instructions on the steps to solve the problem. I am very impressed and satisfied. This is a good product and at such a low price compared to other competing products. It also works with the kvm switch. This requires a monitor that supports 1080p resolution. Worth the money not only for the product but also for the service.
