Doesn't take a cable
I ordered this to replace my older older brother but the HUGE weakness of this model is that it doesn't need a cable. These devices are notorious for using far more batteries than you paid for the label printer itself. Another model shown here for the same price has the option to use a cord so I'll change it to this one. Rechargeable batteries tend to last longer if you completely remove them from the label maker after each use, but honestly that's too much work and cumbersome, which is why I bought this thing in the first place.
