Everything was fine until it stopped working

I ordered two identical cameras, one for home and one for the office. Quality is good and simple enough to use just plug and play. Unfortunately, the cameras at home and at work stopped working within 24 hours. Both cameras literally stopped working during video calls and neither will work anymore. Although the camera was fine, it only lasted about 90 days. There doesn't seem to be any support features that I can access, so now I have to buy two more cameras.
