Review on πŸ“± Enhanced Ultra Clear amFilm Screen Protector 2 Pack for iPad 9.7 (6th Generation, Pro 9.7, Air, Air 2) - Advanced Flex Film by Steven Murray

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the best screen for my iPad so far! Very satisfied!

This time the shields needed replacing I bought 2 different brands to compare the ease of use and quality of each product. 2 Screen Shields: - E-Tech Any Screen is $4.69 for 3 shields or $1.57 each, hereinafter referred to as "cheap shield". "Made in China" - AmFilm Premium is $7.99 for 2 shields or $4.00 each, hereinafter referred to as "$$$ shield". "Designed in the USA/Made in China." I put a cheap face shield ($1.57) on my daughter's iPad, and while the app was basic, it had dozens of tiny bubbles that just don't get smoothed out with a hard card could. They were definitely NOT all caused by dust because I did both iPads at the same time and in the same place and under a lot of dust bubbles you couldn't see it. I installed the $$$ ($4) screen on my iPad and after a little smoothing with the included hard drive everything was perfect. There were only 2 tiny specks of dust which I removed by dabbing the sticky side with cellophane tape (this worked better than the duct tape strips that came with the screens). While I'm pretty sure the materials used in both products aren't worth more than a few coins, the $$$ sign (amFilm Premium) was clearly a much better product. I gave cheap (eTech) 2 stars for two reasons: (1) it's actually a sign and (2) it's cheap. It was easy to install, but after a long time trying to iron out the bubbles and ultimately having no luck, I decided the 2 stars were more than fair. I gave $$$ (amFilm) 5 stars because it's a great screen, quick and easy to set up, and virtually bubble free.
