I've been using it for a week and it's already falling off. Also, the hand never held my cell phone properly. The part holding the phone worked, but the phone might be too heavy for a product for long term use. and i used it all the time. I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro. Gave it a 3 because it's pretty solid and probably great for a smaller/lighter phone. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion and there was no space for the holder either. NOT recommend if you have the same car. The dashboard was tilted and didn't work well, covering most of the dials and navigation bar
