I bought 3 pairs, - size XL for my husband, 197 lbs, a bit tall and long, size L might be perfect for him - M for me, 5.3 tall, 118 lbs, tall and small long , I tried size S on my son, fits me perfectly - S for my son, he is 110lbs, too long but we just fold him inside. They are very comfortable, I like the material, even if they are too big for us, it doesn't bother me at all. They are meant for family photos and would definitely recommend these comfy underwear for sleeping.
