Disappointed with the quality of this replacement part
The wiper came wrapped in LOTS of bubble wrap but unfortunately the arm was broken in half. I drive a car for work and urgently needed a rear wiper. So instead of going through the entire return process, I removed the rubber cap from this broken assembly and replaced it with a stock wiper arm. The factory wiper was in excellent condition, just needed a new brush. So my purchase was not a total loss.
