I liked the tie I bought . Got a size 6-18 months for my 13 month old (22 lbs, 20 inches). I feel like it's a bit smaller than I expected so wish I had bought the next size up so the tie could last longer. I have another brand tie in 24-4T which is a bit big but I think it works much better than this tie and can wear it from 6 months old and will wear it for years. I like the ability to customize this tie with a clip at the back. My son has a lot of drool or drinks fall out of his mouth on the what he's wearing and I felt like this tie doesn't repel liquids at all but soaks them all up. which ruins the optics. Having said that, I have to say that I really liked this little Christmas tie and my son looked adorable in it.
