so it seems when i added to my existing system . they worked fine . but as soon as I updated the firmware it bricked 3 access points . because i am a listed dealer for engenius i finally got a tech on the phone days after emailing and trying to call. Engenius has discontinued phone support in general 3 years ago . their answer was to reset my controller and all access points in my system (8 of them to factory and try rebuilding the entire config ) after 2 hours trying everything else . there is no way to back load a lower firmware that worked . and this did nothing to help but now the entire system is down . thanks Engenius . the 3 new access points i returned as defective the other 8 Engenius refuses to warranty even though it was their firmware that bricked them under their instruction
