After using this belt for a bit I'm raising my rating. I still say the sizes are a little off. Although it was a little loose, my dog wore it most days without incident. She did not chew it and showed no signs of physical discomfort or irritation. We haven't had her in situations where she's really trying to break free, but for regular outings it's fine. She's a small dog, so oversized harnesses always bother me. that is exactly what is needed. For now, I recommend this harness with the caveat that if your dog falls on a small part of the spectrum, it can be a little loose. My 5-6 lb Chihuahua uses a small harness. She has short legs, an apple head and a large chest (compared to "deer" qi with long legs and thinner nose and build) in case you want to find out if a small figure suits your qi. Original Rating: Size disabled. The small harness is quite loose on my dog who has a 15 inch chest. It will not fit a smaller chested dog in any way, but the size description says 12.5-15 inches. It might not matter in a brick-and-mortar store where returning an item is easy, but it makes a huge difference when shopping online. I'm definitely disappointed considering I spent $25 on it. Size issue aside, this looks like a decent trailer. Haven't had it long enough to test things like durability. I wish it had a wider range of adjustment for a more customized fit. I'll update this review after trying it out for a bit.
