It is difficult to take portions from the tray
It is a little difficult to take portions of frozen soup because the structure of the product has a flat bottom and dividers only between portions. When the portions are fully frozen, they don't buckle/kink in the shell so they can be easily taken out (need to heat the product or use a bowl), especially the insides. Suggest a different brand of product that has separate compartments for each serving. These parts are easy to remove by simply pressing on the floor.
