Dangerous toy, an epithet for Oliver, death by ToyOliver, my 17 year old kennel was a happy bird, toys were changed regularly, he is dead thanks to this dangerous toy. It looks harmless and perfect for a bird that likes to chew, but it's not. The bright orange stick on top is rubber, not wood, and of course my bird chewed off large chunks of it, getting stuck in his gut although he managed to spit out most of it. The vet took an x-ray on him and saw the part didn't go away and was sympathetic but said there was little they could do. He was given fluids and sent home to die. So sad that his nickname would be "Death by Toys"! I am angry. And this toy is not for sale.
