Attach the extractor to your dashboard without interfering with handles, controls or window views.

My 9 inch iPad frame is pretty light but if it were heavy it would press the suction cup against the dashboard. strong suction power. Once the iPad is attached, I don't feel any tendency for anything to come loose or fall off. It feels very safe even with vibration and shock while driving. I don't use a horizontal blind mount like I do on my 2014 Toyota Corolla car. My only concern is that hooking the frame by hand when the iPad is in the frame is awkward, but attaching the iPad after hooking…

Holds the iPad well but only in landscape mode

This iPad holder worked very well and held my iPad through 10 off road trips. I attached it to the underside of the sunroof glass with no problems. The suction surface is very sticky and pleasant and can even stick to slightly textured surfaces. The arm isn't particularly thick and wobbled a bit on rough roads, but never wobbled. My biggest criticism is that it can't hold the iPad in portrait mode, which would allow it to be mounted on the dashboard without blocking the passenger airbag. Never…

Fragile but the best design among many: holds the device, doesn't squeeze it (so doesn't let the ground loose)

As some say, it looks fragile and can easily break. But I bought 2 or 3 to try and this one is by far the most secure for the iPad: it holds it from the bottom and top, unlike others that have a retractable frame that squeezes the device from the sides. This seems to be the fifth mount I've bought that claims to hold my Samsung Tab 3 tablet (DVR/GPS). None of the others even came close, although it was clearly said to match this tablet. this fits and fits very well. Haven't installed yet but the mount seems well made. Fall off on final approach

I have this to hold my iPad while flying. I had maybe 10 hours flight time with it. I noticed that sticky residue is lost in some places when sucking on the cup.
