nice cracked screen on laptops

very unhappy we got this 2 days and when i opened it, plugged it in, turned it on like wth ru, kidding i have nothing to do how to get a new chromebook ordered but I think we got a used 1 so yeah I called them and said I'll return it tomorrow and they gave a credit of 25 so that's good.
