I had an issue with this center bunching of the envelope resulting in the creases not flattening out. It feels like there is a thick inner layer between the outer coating and this seems to be causing these creases in the coating. Maybe the problem is that it doesn't fit well on my ironing board, but that's why the cover isn't very comfortable to iron because it's not flat.
