I'm a product line manager and I was at a field test site at an international airport when one of my team's salespeople walked in with one of those bags that were filled with about 80 pounds of tools. After meeting the same tool bag slut I did, we started chatting about her features and I was hooked — I bought mine before the conversation was over. Getting better and better. The padded shoulder straps aren't just sewn into the hem of the bag - they're reinforced at structural ribs that lead into the bag and have a cross strap at the sternum to keep things in place. The two outer pockets on the back have heavy duty zips and the top one is reinforced to store breakable items, but most people will probably use them for phones and cables. I love the METAL loop on the side to hold the tape measure! The bag opens. into a tool storage area with two heavy-duty two-way zippers - no cheap single-zip bullshit. Open it up a little or a lot and the zippers stay in place. Ideal for storing a tool that is just a few inches longer than the bag. On both sides there are pockets made of Kevlar material with Velcro for multi-tools, folding knives, hex sets, bits and screwdrivers. Plus plenty of reinforced loops for pliers, wrenches etc. Whoever designed this bag definitely lived life and left! They researched and spoke to sellers about our needs, wants, and frustrations. Folks, THIS is the bag you want to make your co-workers jealous of. Ladies - THIS is the gift you wish your boyfriend to prove that you "get" him (and get even with him for rolling his eyes every time you go to your purse or with your friends over shoes speak).
