We already had an Emile Henry plancha pan but it was knocked over by my lab and it was broken but we already knew it's a great product use it on our grill best thing you can buy others have tried don't even come close to Emile Henry's product That's why we also tried the pizza stone and it worked too, we're also fed up with other brands that don't compare to Emile Henry's product. I really liked the products, they were bought for my husband, since he uses them, he likes them. No problem, for the money they are the best.
