Excellent customer service, top quality work
The customer service is exceptional! They have been very attentive to my needs for years now (going back several decades). I would highly recommend using them if you are looking into medical transcription services; they provide me excellent quality work every time in addition of being able to pay lower rates than other companies that offer similar products/services as well!! Nothing really - we just recently switched over from another provider who had some issues getting us started up right away so it was hard when things were not perfect straight off but since working here everything has gone smoothly thus far.

- Professionalism , speed, turnaround times, reliability etc..etc..and also great pricing too :) It's almost like having an internal department within our office staffed by independent contractors with no benefits or perks lol :P So yes all around amazing : )
- Very quick response whenever there may be any concerns.
