This works well and gives you peace of mind when you're not home to check the basement for signs of water. The temperature display also warns you if the stove is not working in winter and the temperature drops. The first sensor falsely reported wet after a few days of use. It was sent back to Revain and a replacement was quickly sent (before the return was sent). Month already installed, everything is fine. You can set up email alerts and check status online. Ours is connected to a gateway and we also use an additional sensor on the top floor to measure the temperature. So far we are very satisfied.
