Review on Nike Unisex-Child Star Runner 2: Toddler Velcro Running Shoe for Comfort and Style by Jared Gopalan

My child loves them and the velcro allows him to put them on and take them off quickly. They were great for about 2 weeks until I realized the velcro side of one boot was mostly worn away. There doesn't seem to be any way to keep the Velcro closed on this shoe no matter how much fluff we let out. Also, just a month later, a hole had formed in the mesh on the TOP of his boot. Not in the finger area, where you would expect it to be. I know mesh is cheaper for these companies but dammit STOP MAKING SHOES WITH MOST MESH. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY. And I also agree with the other reviewer. they're the stinkiest shoes he's ever worn. Thank god he can put them on so I don't have to get too close to them. I thought I'd spoil my kid for Christmas by giving him more expensive brand name shoes. I will return to my target knockoffs, thank you very much.
