I liked this product. High sustained energy throughout the day. Helps maintain muscle mass. Removes a lot of belly fat and increased strength. Note: This product is not a panacea. Use in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet high in lean proteins and healthy fats. I take my doses with a scoop of almond oil and fish oil. I also use olive oil in all my meals to aid in absorption. I highly recommend this product and I plan to use it again.
