Desktop to USB Network Adapter

I bought this hoping it would work for me. It worked for about a week, and then it just stopped working. I don't usually have many issues with Amazon products, but this was definitely one of the worst. I can't do anything on my desktop because I'm not connected to the internet and I can't connect to the cable. So I bought it hoping it would solve my problems, but it doesn't.
