This is EXCELLENT! I have an outdoor job that requires me to go into people's homes and with COVID-19 I also have to wear a mask when going inside. Usually my ears hurt at the end of the day, not now! Now that I've tried this I'm going to buy one of these cc cross back caps! There are a few spots where the threads are loose so I'm worried they might not hold, but I hope so because I love it!
