Surprisingly, this works quite well. I had no idea how well it cleaned my daughter's teeth, so one day I put it in my mouth. I feel that while the bristles are quite soft, the vibration really works. Most importantly, the design is so cute that my daughter enjoys using it every day and she can really make everything herself! She is 4 years old. All she has to do is make sure her teeth are properly seated and the toothbrush will do the rest (with toothpaste, of course). This is a brilliant design. Of course, sometimes I come in with a different brush and brush my teeth with it another time. Update: The material is so soft my daughter bites through easily so we stopped using it. Didn't take too long.
