Review on Black Rustic Industrial Flush Mount Light Fixture - Metal and Wood Square Ceiling Light for Hallway, Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Entryway - Farmhouse by Amanda Thibault

This light is quite nice and I really don't have many negatives considering the cheap price. Perfect for our son's bedroom. However, the color of the wood is more orange than in the description. Everything worked out fine in the end, but I would have liked the wood to be a cooler/neutral brown like the photos in the listing. Installation was easy, it only took a few minutes. We ended up having an issue with the mounting plate on our ceiling, which was attached in such a way that we couldn't square the fixture to fit the space. No matter how hard we tried, the only way it got in was through an angle. (The previous light here was round so it didn't matter) I think the custom angle doesn't look too bad with the style of this light, but I'd rather have it square in relation to the space. The last small minus is that it's really not that bright. We used the brightest Edison bulbs we could find (not warm amber) and they're still pretty dim. However, it's a small bedroom and it gets the job done.
