One of the two boxes received was missing the velcro strap. Following the instructions that came with the 2 packs, I contacted the company directly to let them know and attach a photo of the defect. They sent me a replacement quickly and I didn't have to return the defective item. In my experience, the company stands behind their products, so it's safe to order from them. The boxes themselves are ridiculously easy to put together and fit perfectly on my closet shelves. They keep my sweaters and other cold-weather gear organized and compact, with quick access thanks to the handy side and front handles.
