I bought this dress in Navy Stripe for a last minute Halloween costume (I was Dorothy, if you can't tell from the pictures!). This was a great option as I wanted to buy something that I could wear during normal life as well. The fabric was nicer than expected, almost a spandex-y sleek material. It's a little bit see-through, which is to be expected from anything that has white in it, but as long as you wear skin-tone undergarments or a slip it's not a problem. I will say, the stripes were more of a cobalt blue than navy, and were more of a bright color than I was expecting, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The length was shorter than expected, which worked for the costume, but for a sun dress, I was hoping this would be more mid-calf as it was pictured.
