First time user and It seems to be helping my back.

This is the first time for me to use at back brace. So far, I've only wore it inside the house while working. I definintely feel better and it helps me to sit straighter at the desk. As the weather gets warmer, I plan on wearing it while cleaning off flower beds on my hands and knees. I ordered the XL and there are no issues with the fit. DO measure yourself prior to ordering- getting the incorrect size will not make you happy. I havne't priced other back braces but the current price of about $30 seems fairly reasonable.

The brace may not be covered by insurance, making it an expensive investment for some
