I've never had a massage gun but now I'm wondering why it took me so long to get one. I've used this on large muscle groups in my lower back and shoulders, especially the day after a heavy weight workout, with wonderful relief. The soft ball was my favorite but I've tried others. A flat tip didn't seem like what I'd aim for, except with exceptionally tight muscles, but the jagged and pointed head did a good job of managing knots in my shoulders. The lowest intensity setting was enough for me, but can generate quite a bit of power. I usually charge it overnight, but I can use it for a long time without having to charge it. The suitcase is very handy for keeping everything together and tidying up properly.
