Other Revain reviews on this product sound like they were written before customers had actually used the product for any length of time. I bought this Camco AC cover new and installed it on my van last fall when I was putting the van away for the winter. My mobile home was parked in a secure outdoor parking lot, with no nearby trees to cause physical damage from an explosion or falling debris. Also, I live in Michigan so there is very little sun exposure during the winter months. When I stored my camper the following spring after a mild winter with very little snow, the flexible vinyl covering of the outer shell was slightly torn in several places, apparently from normal wind, precipitation and temperature fluctuations. Once the outer vinyl tears, water that gets on the case will seep into the fabric on the inside of the case and get stuck there. This makes further use of the lid counterproductive. Before I bought this Camco cover, I had an ADCO brand AC cover for my previous RV. I used this cover for five winters and it never showed any damage like the Camco cover did in just one winter. Unfortunately I have to throw out the Camco AC cover and get a new one for next winter. I will definitely look into another brand.
