Installed perfectly in the airflow above the bed for 25 seconds. At first I thought it didn't work and I was very upset because I already had it installed, but I mixed up the wires and it flew. my wife loves this

Works well but has a few issues, someone needs to reprogram it. You can reduce the fan speed, but you cannot turn off the fan when you press the power button. and have to close the lid every time if you want the fan stay off you have to close first and then open, little stupid idea bad programmer

I only gave this review 1 star because we couldn't install it. The problem was that the trim or ceiling trim wasn't 6 inches and we couldn't find a suitable 6 inches. Looks like this company doesn't have parts and the other models we found didn't fit. Also, the screen didn't come out for cleaning.

Easy Installation! Okay easy, it takes about 2 or 3 hours to get the old fan out and clean all the slime from the previous fan. There are several videos on YouTube that show exactly how to do this. The fan comes with a handy remote control for easy operation. The fan performance is amazing! I don't think you can ask for more.

Love how quiet it is at low speed and the rain sensor closes automatically. . Have not yet been able to set, change or test the temperature operation because the temperature change instructions have failed so far. If I get or call tech support I will update the rating.

I also have a fantastic rain sensing fan. This device is quieter than the Fantastic Fan, has a rain sensor on the outside of the dome where the Fantastic Fan is located inside (lame). The lid opens quietly. The only complaint is that the interior paneling isn't deep enough for my roof. Need about an inch longer, she said. Otherwise there is less money, the remote control is handy, my fantastic fan came without a remote control and cost more.

I installed this fan 2 weeks ago and I am basically satisfied. The fan works well so far and can run very quietly with good airflow and the rain sensor works as expected. However. This fan is a little smaller than the one it replaced so getting the screws under it wasn't easy (the screws had to be at an angle) and I had to use 2 tubes of overlapping sealant to make sure there were no leaks. I installed it carefully and well and it tested well. On our first outing about a week later, the fan suddenly shut off during use. This fan works as advertised. The installation went "OK". It fits, but the bottom skin is made for a smaller opening with thinner chevrons than my Saber 36BHQ. I barely managed to grab enough wood to secure the trim screws in place. Also, the pad doesn't quite reach the fan housing. The blue wire must be connected to B+.
