This is my favorite product no matter what the product is. Well made, serves its purpose and works as it should. The connectors connect and disconnect with a firmness that gives you peace of mind that they are inserted correctly and will not fall out or fall out over time. If I could change something, I would put all the electronics that could be inside in the vertical part, if that made the horizontal part even shorter. but that doesn't matter. In its current form the adapter is around 17 or 18mm long excluding the plug and around 14mm in the other direction which has a socket.
