I tried another adapter for my Dell WD15 Dock and although the displays worked fine and the laptop charged, the USB didn't go through. This one works great and sits well in port. From the edge of the computer to the end of the connector 0.75 inch.

Good quality, fits perfectly, does not sag. I use them to connect a USB-C laptop charging cable and a USB-C hub to a laptop in a vertical station. They route cables well to the back of my desk and reduce surface clutter. The data transfer rate is the same with and without an adapter.

Using this Cellularize Right Angle USB Type-C Adapter with my WD Black 2TB SSD connected to my Alienware Area51m R2 gaming laptop. I attached the SSD to the bottom of the kickstand so it doesn't look cluttered on my gaming desk. Due to the setup I had to twist the WD SSD connector and it was a little scary to think about ruining this cable so I bought this adapter and I really like it. WORKS PERFECTLY!

I used this USB-C right-angle adapter from Cellularize in a BMPCC setup attached to a Samsung T5 2 TB is connected to help with cable administration . With the adapter connected, data transmission was interrupted at least once an hour for two consecutive days. I thought the problem was T5. However, as soon as I removed this adapter from the installation, everything became fine immediately. Since I stopped using this adapter I haven't had any more problems.

The connectors themselves are of decent quality. They combine well with other high quality USB-C connectors and have a good physical connection. For a regular USB connection and fast charging, they'll probably work just fine. However, I don't think they meet USB 3.1 speed guidelines, 3.0 speed at best.
