Damaged procuct good for me

I don't have a problem with the product but when I opened the box it was shipped, noticed it was wet and after pulling out the tubs of food I found where something like a piece of wood has punctured the original box and one of the tubs were damaged and not useable. This was not a problem from the delivery because the outside box was fine. This was a problem from where it was picked and packed. Items should be thoroughly examined before packing to be shipped.
