Couldn't use it the first time
The phone worked great for the first hour of the conference and then started to fade to the point where we couldn't hear the person on the other end. I sent it back according to the warranty manual and was told the unit was out of warranty. Less than 2 months have passed since purchase and the device is guaranteed for 1 year. I will never buy a GE cell phone again.
