For reference, I am 5'3" 150lbs and I got a medium.These are great! They are very lightweight and the polyester/nylon blend feels like it will be moisture-wicking (I've yet to put these to the test, but I certainly will!). The pants have a zipper on the ankles, so you can unzip them for a flared-pants look, or keep them zipped for a slimmer look. They have great stretch too and I feel no constraint doing anything. Stretching? Check. Running? Check. Jumping? Check! Cartwheeling? Check, check, check! I love these already!The only real con is how long the waistband tie is. If I had to guess, it'd be well over 6ft long. Kind of a ridiculous length for size medium pants, but better too long than too short I guess! The waistband is also a different color than the waistband tie. The tie is a cream/off-white and the band is pure white. Doesn't bother me at all but it's worth pointing out.Other than those two things, these pants are perfect! Exactly what I was looking for!
