Just received this vacuum cleaner an hour ago. The box was so light I couldn't believe there was enough vacuum inside to function. Setup was quick and easy. I started with my worn carpet in the living room and was amazed at how the old flat pile immediately lifted and how strong the suction was. The vacuum adjusted easily between my carpet and the linoleum kitchen floor. My two complaints at the moment are: First, when the handle is in the vertical position it gently holds it in that position, but because the powerhead is so light I had to put my foot on the back corner of the powerhead to get the handle in position bring to. there is no suitable place to store the cable. 40 foot power cord is great. I can clean in front of the house with a cable in a socket. Don't move it until I go to the back of the house. The cord can wrap around the bottom carry handle and top cord hook, but it completely fills the top hook and doesn't always stay in place. And when the cable is stored by the handle, it's heavy and pulls the handle down from its upright position. I have to put the vacuum cleaner against the side wall in the closet so that the handle can fall against the wall. I will update as I will be using this machine a lot more.
