Don't expect anything from the packaging/presentation; it comes in a resealable plastic bag. There are two pieces of each piece as shown in the photos. They are very beautiful and detailed. Some are shorter than others, I show pictures with the shortest and tallest. I don't have a lot of hair and it's not heavy, so I can put it in a bun with the shortest one, but of course, it's more comfortable with two. Metal where hair does not move smoothly and can get stuck and break. Make sure you run your finger the full length of the metal so you know where the defect is, or avoid using them altogether. I'll try to smooth it out with a metal file. On the other hand maybe 3-4 out of 22 have this problem and again a file can fix it. I plan to wrap some of these in goodie gift bags for my closest colleagues.
